Welcome to Studio 217! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By using our site or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Studio 217 offers professional services including but not limited to:

  • DJ Booking

  • Event Hosting

  • Audio/Video Production

  • Photography

  • Equipment & Venue Rentals

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • Remaining balances are due [X days] before the event or at the time of service.

  • We accept payments via cash, card, or approved digital platforms (e.g. Zelle, PayPal, etc.).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made [e.g. 7+ days] prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within [e.g. 48 hours]) may be charged in full.

  • Studio 217 reserves the right to cancel any booking due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking

  • Maintain a safe, legal, and respectful environment during events

  • Not misuse rented equipment or services

  • Comply with all local laws and venue rules

5. Studio 217 Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone violating these terms

  • Modify or cancel services in the event of safety concerns, emergencies, or non-payment

  • Use event footage/photos for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested

6. Damage & Liability

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to rented equipment, gear, or property during the rental period or event.

  • Studio 217 is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during or after an event.

7. Privacy

Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, music, and content produced by Studio 217 remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may receive licensed copies for personal or promotional use.

9. Changes to Terms

Studio 217 may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post changes on our website and indicate the new effective date.
